The evaluation process

 

Step 1: We assess your website’s objectives and intended audience

We collaborate with our clients to define the profile of a typical site visitor, and what their common goals are. Whether it is a benchmark or custom evaluation, we listen to the site owner to find out what the business issues are, what areas of the site need special attention, and what customer goals are most important to support.

Step 2: Taking on an agreed persona(s), we interact with the site

Systematically through a thorough investigation on a wide range of objective criteria, our expert analysts identify your site’s strengths and weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

Step 3: We create a series of deliverables focused around recommendations and practical action items

Once the evaluation is complete and quality checked, our analysts summarize and explain key findings and recommendations in a series of deliverables. Action items are clearly described, and the raw data from the evaluations is available in Microsoft Excel format to allow customization by the client.

Step 4: Executive briefing presentation

A senior member of the research staff will present findings by teleconference and answer any questions about the findings
