Terry Golesworthy, President

Terry Golesworthy is president of The Customer Respect Group and has been involved in web technology for over 15 years and in distributed technology for 25 years. As a founding director of the first Internet Company to go public in Europe, he has extensive experience on both sides of the Atlantic. Mr. Golesworthy is a regular contributor to the trade, business, and mainstream press as well as enjoying regular national television appearances in the area of online technology. Terry is a graduate of the University of Sussex, United Kingdom and is based in the US Headquarters in the Metro Boston region.

Anthony Naylor, Director of Research

As Director of Research, Anthony is responsible for managing the research deliverables and communication with customers. He is also responsible for the industry reports published by the Customer Respect Group. Anthony has been in the technology customer service business for 20 years with extensive experience in customer usability with specific Internet expertise going back to the very earliest days of the web. Anthony is based in New York City.

Matthias Bohler, Head of Business Development

As Head of Business Development, Matthias manages all commercial relationships worldwide. Matthias has very broad experience in the research industry and uses this experience as well as extensive communications with the customer base to help formulate products and services. Matthias is a graduate of the University of Vermont and the Strategic Internet Management Graduate Program at Northeastern University. He is based in the US Headquarters in the Metro Boston region.

Mark Crowley, Director of Research & Operations

As the head of Research and Operations for The Customer Respect Group, Mark is responsible for research activity and methodology – including the design and development of the online research tools. He is also responsible for the management of the both the research and development teams. Mark's experience combines customer service, e-marketing, project management, design and software development. He is a graduate of the University of Limerick and is based in the group's research facility in Cork, Ireland.
